10- (1) There shall be for the Agency, a Director – General, Appointment of

11-(1) The Council shall appoint for the Agency such Appointment of other

of the function of the Agency.``
(2) The terms and conditions of services (including remuneration, allowances, benefits and pensions) of the employees
