 Charles Adakole Agbo (Phd) was born on the 26th of June 1953 at Otukpo Icho, in Benue state. He hails from Benue state and attended Wesley High school, Otukpo, Government Secondary School Kuru, Ahmadu Bello University Zaria and University College Cardiff in Britain for Masters and PhD.

 Air Commodore Charles Otegbade, was born on 17th August 1964. He Hails from Abeokuta North LGA of Ogun State.
He Holds a B Tech. in Meteorology (First Class) from FUT Akure, MA in International Affairs and Diplomacy from ABU Zaria, and an MSc in Space Management from International Space University, France.
Until recently he was the Director, Air Traffic Services, Headquarters, Nigeria Air Force.

 Hakeem Akimbola is the Director of Finance and Accounts Department. Prior to his elevation, Akimbola was the Deputy Director of the Department. He holds a Higher National Diploma in Accounting and he is a qualified Chartered Accountant and a Fellow, Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria (ICAN)

 Mrs Clementina Isuiwa Aisueni was born on 27th March 1953 and hails from Uhumwode Local Government Area of Edo state. She attended Convent Primary School, Sapele (1959- 1964); St. Ita's Girls Grammar School, Sapele (1965- 1969) Holy Trinity Grammar School, (1970-1971). She obtained her B.sc Sociology from University of Ibadan in 1975 and masters M.sc in Political Science at University of Lagos.

 Zanna MUHAMMAD was born on the 5th November 1957 at Potiskum. He finished from Yerwa Practicing Primary school, Maiduguri in 1972, attended Government College, Maiduguri in 1973 - 1977, Bayero University, Kano in 1977 - 1983 and Imperial College of Science, Technology and Medicine, London in 1985 - 1990. In these academic pursuits, he was awarded degrees of B.sc in Botany in 1983, M.sc in Plant Pathology in 1986, DIC in Plant Pathology in 1986 and a PhD in Nematology in 1990.

 EZEH EUGENE UDEMEZUE was born in 1962, he attended Ishiagu high school in Ivo Local Government area of Ebonyi State. From then he proceeded to Abia State University where he studied Public Administration and then proceeded to UNN where he obtained a Masters degree in Public Administration.
He joined in the Agency in 2001 as an Assistant Director, was promoted to Deputy Director and now he is the Acting Director of Relief and Rehabilitation. Mr. Ezeh is married with children and his hobbies include cooking and reading.
